I had a great experience with these guys. 24 hours between seeing and buying my car. I was lucky enough to get John to deliver my car. Do yourself a favour and ask Lawton to deliver with John if you take that option. So much charisma and made it a pleasure to handover.

I have used Lawton Brook on 4 occasions over the past 6 years for both buying & selling cars. They have been very easy to deal with and the service has been excellent. You always get an honest opinion and they always offer a better deal than a franchised dealer. Particular thanks to Alex who handled the sale of my Bentley very efficiently.

Unfortunately didn't get a deal over the line but Alex was brilliant to deal with from day one. Will definitely return for a future purchase.

I purchased an Audi RS5 from Lawton Brook today. It was my first experience buying outside of main dealer and i must say i have been amazed at the customer service they provide. Better than main dealer if im being honest. I absolutely love the car. Its an immaculate example with outstanding service history. Pretty much as Jeremy described. From start to finish i have been dealing with Jeremy and his service has been outstanding and he really made buying my new car really simple and hassle free. I would like to thank Lawton Brook for the amazing service and in particular Jeremy. I’ll certainly be purchasing cars from Lawton Brook again. I can not recommend them highly enough!

Alex was great from the first phone call to delivery. He was very honest and friendly. Given this was a long distance sale, communication levels were great. Accommodated a private inspection which wasn’t really needed. Purchased quite a few cars and this dealership is one of the best I’ve dealt with.

Jeremy and Alex are just down to earth personable people who really know their stuff. They give you all the information and time you need with no pressure. They don't need to pressure you, as the presentation of the cars is impeccable and the prices are very competitive. I'll definitely be back for number 3, 4 .............

I have purchased many cars over the years but generally these have been new cars from main dealers, and I have become accustomed to the mediocre (read non-existent for Tesla) customer service that they provide. A couple of weeks ago my dream car came up for sale at Lowton Brook so I phoned them up as soon as I saw it advertised. I was expecting to get an answerphone as it was quite late on a Sunday evening, but they answered the phone within a couple of rings and that was the start of a purchasing process that has been flawless and heartening.I live more than 200 miles away from the dealership, have a fairly hectic life, so am extremely appreciative of the level of service I received from Lawton Brook. I asked a lot of questions about the car and always got a thorough, professional, and timely response without me needing to chase them. They had a fantastic amount of knowledge about the car, its previous history and they consulted the previous owner about the more left field queries that I came up with. No request was too much trouble, and everything was handled in a polite professional manner.They were very accommodating of the RAC inspection that I organised and went out of their way to arrange my test drive on a Sunday morning. It was lovely to meet them, they made me feel very welcome and special.They arranged for the car to be delivered to me by covered trailer which was offloaded by a polite, chatty, and friendly driver; now my dream car is sitting in my garage, and I am grinning from ear to ear.
