Highly recommend this company. We dealt with Chris from start to finish, from the initial designs to the choosing and delivery of all fixtures, fittings and tiles. The customer service was excellent, nothing was to much trouble. Finished results of new bathroom and en-suite. High quality and all delivered when promised and we were kept up to date on all the orders. Love the end result and an easy 5 star service !!!

We are delighted with our new kitchen and under stairs cupboard units. The difference between the old kitchen and new make us feel like we are living in a new house! From early design stages to installation Chris and the team were professional, reliable and kept us informed when we were affected by supply issues. The work has been of a very high standard and all of the team were reliable, helpful and flexible. They adapted to suggestions as we progressed. We would highly recommend them and their work.

We had been looking to upgrade our en-suite when we came across Interiors 12 showroom and how pleased we did!The service was excellent from the initial discussion with Chris about an outline design through the final design.The installation service was excellent and always very clean. Martin our main installation man was excellent and always kept us updated on what he was doing and checked in with us to ensure everything was as we wanted.The tiling by Simon was some of the best I have seen and he always did all the messy work outside.Overall I can’t recommend Interiors 12 highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again. To say we are pleased with the finish is an understatement.

Friends of ours recommended interiors12 and we are so glad we took their advice. We were looking for a company to look after the whole project from start to finish, including some structural work. Chris looked after us, the whole way through. There were some issues along the way, with deliveries of products and lead time etc. However these were dealt with quickly and we were kept updated.We could not be happier with the end result and we will definitely return for our bathroom projects next year!

We were feeling a little daunted by some home renovations on a new house purchase however a good friend recommended Interiors12 and how thankful we were!Chris at Interiors12 immediately set our minds at rest on our plans for a new kitchen and new bathrooms upstairs and cloakroom downstairs.They were also able to help with our plans for new flooring, modifying the garage, upgrading the electrics and decorating the property inside and out. Chris has an incredible eye for quality and detail on design and following some initial discussions put together some detailed plans that were exactly what we wanted! We still can't believe Chris managed to measure up the kitchen and bathrooms during one 30 minute visit to the house during the purchase and that was it!Within one week of us moving in, the work commenced in earnest.Steve has done an incredible job with our kitchen installation and flooring, finishing the project in just 3 weeks in time for Christmas. The quality was by far the best we’ve ever seen and we ended up asking Steve to supply and install new living room bifold doors and fitted wardrobes in our bedroom as other suppliers were extremely substandard compared to Steve.The electrician, painter and bathroom fitter were all first class too finishing the jobs to a very high standard, with minimal mess and disruption. Friends and family can't believe how much we achieved in such a short space in time!We always recommend Interiors12 to any friends or family having work done and wouldn't use anyone else from now on.

We recently used Interiors 12 for complete overhaul of two bathrooms. During the design stages, Chris was very professional finding the right balance between listening to customer needs, suggesting ideas and informing on price and schedule. The software tools were excellent providing very accurate and realistic views of what thing would look like, before deciding.During the work execution stage, the fitting team were great. Professional and neat in their workmanship, respectful and trustworthy in the property and always kept the rest of the house clean and tidy.Despite a few unforeseen elements of the job, everything was completed in line with the agreed price.The bathrooms look fantastic, and are exactly what we wanted.

We first used the guys at Interiors12 when they installed our new kitchen. We then went back and had our guest bathroom refitted and most recently our bedroom en suite. Each project they have completed with great professionalism, to very high quality and with politeness and courtesy. They have provided a great service at all stages, from the initial discussions and looking at the options with Chris and his team, to the thoroughly skilled and quality build from Steve and his guys. All the work is carried out very carefully and it is never too much trouble to discuss and agree slight changes as the work progresses. I cannot recommend Interiors12 highly enough and they will remain our first port of call for our future house projects.

We are really happy with the new bathroom installed by Interiors12. Chris and the team have been great from the design phase to completion to after care. Chris was extremely helpful during the design stage and delivered a design we were told by other companies was not possible. We were really impressed that the team were proactively mindful of the overall design - so much so that certain goods were rejected as they came into the showroom as they were not right for the design. We will definitely use Interiors12 again.
