Old school equipment and hardcore Bodybuilding gym... Sugar and his son are amazing people and nice quite vibe in gym... only real people come train here not like commercial

Honestly, Ive been to so many gyms, No where has the feel of this place. This is now my regular Gym, I dont gym hop any more simply because the atmosphere. This is a brilliant Gym if you like to lift, Sugar himself is fantastic and very knowledgeable. His advice is always welcome as he himself is a world renowned Body builder. Come try this place. You will love it.

This is a great place to train. The owners are super friendly and the equipment is good. It has a good vibe there. I live in London but often in Leicester seeing family and I always come here when I’m in town.

Great Family owned Gym. There is a lot of history here and is one of the Landmark Gyms of Leicester. Love the atmosphere, highly recommended !!

Great Bodybuilding Gym. Great atmosphere. The owners are knowledgeable and helpful. Recommended for anybody looking to get fit. Clean gym with a good range of equipment to train the whole body.

Really friendly, welcoming and clean gym with good knowledge about training. I found the people that train there are welcoming too as I thought it might be slightly intimidating as it is a known bodybuilding gym but everyone is friendly and willing to help you out with advice or a spot
