Complementary Health Centre

I first saw Lyndsay Mudford back in 2017 for shoulder and neck pain. Fast forward six years and I have just seen her again for a pinched nerve resulting in pins needles. To say she has worked wonders both times would be a massive understatement.Friendly, personable as well as highly professional, she got a thorough background of my ailments and administered treatment accordingly.Came out after the session feeling so much better. Amazing!Cannot recommend her enough.

This was the best decision I could make and step into the Complementary Health Centre well over a year ago. It's super easy to book appointment on the website, very friendly reception team where nothing is a bother, and I have had the most compassionate, kind hearted and most of all knowledgeable Helen who has nurses me back to health after my various sever upper and lower spinal issues. This is a place where I return each time my condition flares up and I leave feeling mentally and physically better.

I started seeing Debbie Wright after being diagnosed with (very painful) sciatica. She has really helped me manage the pain and relax. Every time I have a flare up, Debbie is always able to perform an excellent full body massage and it really helps the pain go away. I have seen other massage therapists in the past but Debbie is the best one - very professional, kind, accomodating and the massage itself is incredible. I recently had a virtual appointment (Due to Lockdown) with Kelly Harry from this CHC Lee. She is and extremely professional physiotherapist and as one would hope she absolutely knows her stuff. I would recommend her to everyone in the area.I have been getting neck pains, probably due to working from home constantly and not having the correct posture. Kelly diagnosed the problem and also explained what I could do to prevent further issues. She then also gave me a bunch of different exercises to relieve the pain and cure the issue. These where also progressively changed as my neck began to feel better! I have not had the issue again but if I do I will defiantly go back to Kelly!

Suzie Madison, acupuncturist, treated me for chronic & acute pain in my hip caused by arthritis - she is reassuring, calm & very professional - I felt I was in very safe hands. I’ve been seeing Osteopath, Helen Sitch, who has been helping me manage my neck, back and shoulder pain. Helen is very thorough and provides excellent, informative care. I highly recommend her. The receptionist is also very warm, welcoming and professional, sorry I don’t know you’re name! ☺️

I have been coming here for several years to see Linda (Chiropodist). It is a lovely place, very welcoming and friendly and with a lovely atmosphere. Linda does a wonderful job keeping my feet in working order, which is why I come regularly. I've not used any of the other services but when other practitioners in the building pass by they are always cheerful and friendly too. I understand they run various classes such as yoga, tai chi etc as well as seeing people individually. The receptionists are kind and helpful and very accommodating, and I can honestly say that it's a pleasure to come here.

The centre was recommended to me by my physio Clare who can also book there. She is great .Super friendly receptionist Oonagh! Also amazed by Kelly, physiotherapist & Lyndsay, osteopath. Can recommend highly :-)
