Jamie rescued my car after the AA said it had a terminal problem after breaking down. He diagnosed why the engine had locked and that the alternator needed replacing. He did this next day and also fixed my heater. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

A+ service from Jamie at Autotech.We phoned Jamie late on a friday afternoon when one of my vehicles broke down on the motorway over 200 miles away from where we live with some guests travelling for a vacation.Jamie had finished work for the day as had all the people we'd phoned but kindly diagnosed the problem over the phone and proceeded to rally round to find a replacement part that evening, after spending an hour trying to source the part, the brokers didn't have it available until the next morning.Jamie went out of his way to obtain the part and get to the vehicle at 8am on a Saturday and get it repaired allowing our guests to continue there journey without it costing the earth.All the companies we spoke to said it would be at least Wednesday before the part could even be obtained.Jamie went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was back on the road as quickly as possible and was very very reasonably priced despite the urgency.Can't credit him enough for every aspect of his service.Thanks again.

I have no doubt on Jamie’s skill. He may be a professional mechanics but certainly not on how he treat his customer. I am not impress by how he treat a customer with job that are half way done. I have reached out to him for a suspension change, got a booking two days later and everything went well until a part discovered also needs to be replace yet at that time is not available. We agreed to continue the job the next day so I immediately bought the part myself. I then have messaged and called him to arrange a booking slot, yet he decided to ignore my message and not picking the call. The thing is, my car is forced to park in a permit holder area which obviously cant stay too long. Yet the way he simply ignored me has wasted alot of my time and money (PCN from council, another pricy urgent mobile mechanics). The thing couldve been done better by simple reject the job, but not not picking the phone to let the customer wait. P.s. credit to his immediate reply to my friend meanwhile ignoring my message n call. So I would say avoid at all cost and less you want someone who has no credit on himself be responsible to your car safety - possibly causing ur life

I do mobile dog grooming, My van was broke down, worried about can not back to work , Jamie so nice to come and fix it. Very efficiency. Good to search him on internet. Highly recommend.
