1st Event Limousines

On behalf of 10 kids and their wonderful parents I booked a Party Bus for The King John 2022 Prom with 1st Event Limo'sCannot thank them enough for their excellent service, prompt timing and perfect vehicle for the event. Their driver was a fab guy and cannot thank Danielle enough who dealt with the booking efficiently, which made the whole event a huge success. Thank you Highly recommend.

I just had to write and post a fabulous review about the amazing limousine service 1st event. We were collected on time and driven to Harvey Nichols for an event and then collected promptly at 3pm. Gary was a fabulous driver, drove us through the sites of London and joined in with the girly and sometimes (slightly tidily) banter. Will definitely use again for a special occasion and would highly recommend, as it made the day for us. Thank you.

After using 1st event several times in the past I must say I was extremely disappointed with my most recent hire. Not because of the bus or the experience we had on the day but more due to the communication I received from the office. After booking and paying the deposit I received a text to ask if I wanted to go ahead with my booking, as you can imagine this was instant panic as I was booking for a group of 12 girls to go out for a birthday surprise. I understand that these are sometimes automated but maybe a system where booked and paid customers are then removed from the automated message would be better? Then after paying the final balance I emailed Danielle in the office to confirm I had paid however no response. Again was my booking actually going ahead? I never received full confirmation until the day before via text. And then to top this off when I first booked I requested a particular driver as he knows our group extremely well and we always have such a great experience with him however, when our party bus turned up we did not have our requested driver. I understand circumstances change and that this isn't the drivers fault however what I am extremely disappointed in is that there was no communication from the office that my request for a particular driver couldn't be met. Even if I was contacted the day before or even the morning of the event to be told that he wasn't available then this would have been fine but to just send a different driver without any prior warning I thought was extremely unfair (this is now the second time this has happen) As customers who use this company on a regular basis (and recommended their services to several friends) I thought there may have been slightly better customer service, however unfortunately this wasn't the case. And unfortunately due to the office and the poor communication I will not be using 1st event again which is a shame as we have always had amazing service from our regular driver and in all honesty he was the main reason that I actually continued to use this company.

With the pandemic, my son's Prom was postponed twice and the limo company gladly just moved the dates of the booking accordingly. While this was great service, on the day of the event, the driver of the limo was absolutely amazing. Very kind gentleman, very patient and was willing to go the extra mile to make the boys experience more amazing then they thought. He was kind enough to include a young man that joined the team on short notice just for the experience at their venue. I would give him more then 5 stars if it was possible. Totally recommend them anyday.

1st class experience from booking all the way through to the event. Danielle in the office was polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our driver on the day was Gary, he was absolutely brilliant. He arrived on time, had 3 other stops along the way and was polite, friendly and above all patient with our party of 10 giggling women. The party bus was amazing! Just like the pictures online. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, friendliness and very competitive pricing.

This review is for the 7th of April 2022 I was surprised by my family and friends when Daryl played my favourite song insomnia by faithless as I came out of my house it was fantastic journey into London the luxury coach filled with our TV lasers lights comfortable seating highly recommend it was brilliant I did get get a little bit drunk Daryl was ace accommodate us with toilet breaks this guy is 10 out of 10 for customer service satisfaction the whole shebang thanks Daryl for being part of my birthday celebrations 5*****

Just reading back on the reviews for this company, and it seems that the bad reviews from 7 months ago are from one group of people. I can categorically confirm that their opinions are not indicative of the excellent service this company provides. Mechanical breakdowns happen people... the key thing appears to be how they responded and they fixed it! Anyway, I'm just adding a review to counter theirs because I think it's quite unfair. We used 1st Event Limousines for Royal Ascot last year - the service from start to finish (i.e. first contact with the office, through to the collection and drivers) was exceptional. Friendly helpful team, immaculate car (a monster red limo!) and worth every penny. I had already booked a different limo company (months before I found 1st Event) for my daughter's prom last year and the service between them and 1st Event was chalk and cheese. Wish I'd booked 1st Event for her prom as well. Anyway, we're back to Royal Ascot this June, and booked 1st Event again - I have high expectations of service and would never re-book a company that couldn't deliver that - but 1st Event did (and do) so we're looking forward to seeing them again in June. Please read all the reviews and don't be put off by one group's vitriolic comments. PS. I have written this independently - 1st Event have not requested a review - just want to put the record straight and give a more well rounded opinion.... Book them, you won't regret it.

To say I was blown away at the exceptional service and special touches is an understatement! From start to finish, I was treated like a vip for myself and our bridal party!Dan was ever so easy to talk to and made so many accommodations to make the day so special! From particular deco/ finishing touches we wanted inside and outside the vehicle, the music, the pick up time and location, the journey and multiple stops! I cannot recommend 1st Event Limousines enough!! So professional, attentive and going above and beyond! Thank you so much. Can't wait for the next event!
