Pearson Test Centre (Pearson Professional Centre Aberdeen)

Appalling. Drove my wife 40 miles to her test with 3 kids. She is also 5 months pregnant.She was 3 minutes late to the door due to being sick leaving the car.When I arrived the woman Lindsay said she wont be seen now as your late. I asked politely to allow her to take the test but instead she sent the manager out to explain basically no.So now no test, a wasted drive and my wife will now have to wait months before she can get another test due to these A**eholes.I have absolutely no kind words to describe the staff on today. I can not recommend this test centre for the above. No compassion what so ever. All about making money and obviously very little respect for the people taking their tests.Our reasons for being 3 minutes late was very valid and under guidance notes put down by the dvla you have a 5 minute window for being late. I guess they are a law in their own hands. AVOID

Friendly and helpful staff

A smooth testing process , equipment works well. Lockers lock. However receptionist clearly unsuited to a public facing role. Bad vibes preceding a nervous procedure. As an experienced server of the general public I did not appreciate the aggressive attitude and unsympathetic nature of the lady.

Access to building very poor. My son is a wheelchair user and the cobbles outside along with narrow pavement at the dropped kerb, make independent access very difficult. Staff not helpful. We were running late as numerous roads were closed and we had to make various detours. We managed to get to the centre 5 minutes before the test was due to take place but the receptionist was not very welcoming. Stressful situation made worse by inconsiderate and rude staff. Hope we don’t have to come back.

I been phoning them for the third time but they just keep hanging up on me. All i wanted was to ask is why you can't book online and if so then maybe I can book over the phone but nothing just a hang up all the time. Theyr open, i been waiting in a line for about 10min and then just they hang up. Very rude.

Poor service

They lost my personal details including CITB test. And try to tell me is valid only couple of months. CITB Certificate is valid for 2 years !!!
