Pitman Training Reading

Absolutely appalling experience. I booked my examination with this exam provider paying the highest rate in local area and expecting nothing more than to sit on the examination with a peace of mind. The employee on site was unprofessional and unable to resolve an issue. Throughout the exam the phone was constantly ringing for 16min (trust me, I clocked it) whilst the employee was taking business related video calls. When myself and another student came up to complain that we expect peace and quiet to concentrate, he explained I am on a meeting and I’m as quiet as I can be. He didn’t action the phone and continued having calls in a very small area around all the students. I literally had to stand up and pick the phone up because it wouldn’t stop calling. The examinations take place two days a week and I would expect that the 1,5h you spend on the exam should be stress free and assisting the students as they will be a returning business either through examinations or training. As if students aren’t stressed on exam day this just added more stress and I am sure would effect anyones results. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER, as they will not respect your business or understand how to assist the students needs. Unprofessional and disgusting experience.

I did the Executive PA diploma which was brilliant. It was extremely comprehensive and flexible, meaning I could tailor it to my needs and apply it to a range of circumstances. I knew there was support when I needed it but honestly, the courses had so much in them that I didn't need any extra assistance! I now have a job (Pitman definitely added something to my CV to help me get this) and have found myself using the skills acquired from the diploma on a daily basis. Thanks Pitman!

I am currently studying my Digital Marketing Diploma with Pitman Training and I can only say my overall experience so far has been fantastic. The courses are easy to follow, the fact that they are self-paced makes learning so much better. Also, their team is really helpful , whenever I had an issue they responded promptly and solved it immediately. I find also really useful that you can study at home and at their training centre. As I said, I had a great experience!

Although now in my sixties, I decided six months ago to update my computer skills in Word and also learn how to build and maintain a website, all of which Pitman allowed me to do online. I thoroughly enjoyed the different courses and would highly recommend Pitman Training to all age groups not just the young!

I would recommend Pitman Training Reading. The staff are very friendly , flexible and encouraging. I did Sage Payroll and found it very practical and useful. The course is designed in such a way that it is very easy to follow.

Just completed an Access Database online course and really enjoyed it. I found it well structured and I was able to learn at my own pace. As it is self led I was able to fit it around my work easily and I had in person support available if needed. I passed the course with a Distinction so I would definitely recommend Pitman training.

I started my Legal Secretary Diploma in December 2020. The program allowed me to study entirely online which was perfect for me as I'm based abroad. Any queries I had were answered almost immediately and and issues I faced I was offered support for. The Microsoft Office courses in particular are second to none. I was successful in getting a job offer in my chosen field before I finished the course, and am looking forward to putting my new skills into use!! Would 100% recommend Pitman Training to everyone!!

I found the Pitman Centre a great place to improve my secretarial skills, the staff were friendly and helpful and on hand to answer any queries. It's an ideal environment to learn as it's open six days a week and has late night opening twice a week. I would recommend studying through Pitman in order to improve your career prospects.

I have taken an amazing Bookkeeping course. Very well explained, many exercises so opportunity to revise all the material. Perfect for anyone looking for a structured training. Also, very well organised and coordinated.

I took a graphic and web design course, which was mostly online learning, very convenient during pandemic period. The course was wonderful. I recommend to anyone a course at Pitman Training.
