Very busy today, long queues at the checkout, always a problem at Zara. I must say that the store was very tidy and the racks were well looked after by staff.

Google says should be open at 10.30am at Sunday, but they didn't even 10.50am still closed.. A lot people waiting outside to get in. Nobody from staff come out to say for people that they open 11am today as they have a lot work (one of member of staff mention while loading boxes)... Thats worsr atattitude to clients which I ever saw in life. Needed to leave without shopping as there is other stuff to do, not only queing to be let in shop

Love zara, but not the MK store. Rude staff who wouldn’t help me find a size in store, one member of staff basically threw my click and collect order at me. Security guard on another occasion shouted at me across the store to leave for having a drink…… dirty and messy store with little stock.

The staff is very rude. Maybe some training can be provided to teach them to be more polite and have some manners when dealing with customers.

One of the best places shopping for your clothes and accessories.I am really satisfied with the Zara products.They are of good quality and have excellent discounts. I like the fact that you can make your purchases online and that it is easy to acquire. I love that I can shop from the comfort of my home and it is a practical way to shop.It is an excellent way to buy clothes, it is of quality and it reaches you in the city where you live. I really recommend buying in the Zara app because it has excellent prices.I highly recommend visiting this shop.

Run down store desperately in need of a refit. Poor queuing system in place. Lack of staff and a very rude security guard (on several visits) really let this store down.
