I received brilliant customer care by Jackson’s and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for building material. From the first contact with the office to the delivery of my new steel cladding sheets, the experience was just brilliant. Michelle was helpful, friendlyand quick to respond to, while also explaining the options to ensure i picked the right products for my needs. She also helped with arranging a quick turnaround. The delivery process was smooth and efficient - the driver was friendly and helped to place the sheets in the garden. All in all, a positive experience.

Would have got 5* but you pay for delivery then they can't give a date. They say just a good week. If delivery was free I would understand. Its just difficult planning and booking jobs in when you don't know when you can get your materials that you've paid for to be delivered. That said all the staff I've talked to on the phone have been really friendly and helpful

Wonderful views and a snip at just 1 euro each to access the paths.If you do bring young children they must be closely supervised as there are open precipitous drops. These would be spoiled by the addition of fences everywhere so please look after yourselves and your kids.

They have 2 order everythin in. Never ring u 2 say it has arrived. Staff not knowledgeable about what they sell. They close 4 lunch???? Then when u do go staff r then on t break. Had 2 sit around in yard waitin while they played football??? Very strange way 2 run a business in my opinion.

Arranged to pick up my goods on time and went into the office. One older lady going through paperwork who couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me.Stood the longest 3/4 minutes ever! - even coughed but no acknowledgement!Finally a younger member of staff came out of the back office and pleasantly processed my order and pickup. The staff at the pickup warehouse were excellent. The experience was ruined by one member of staff, or is it a family member? (my business I CAN DO WHAT i LIKE!)Sorry Jacksons - you have missed out on future orders through one person not being professional.

Great advice on what I needed/should use and what seemed to be very cheap delivery-delivered to the day I needed them!!(which also fell on the Saturday of bank holiday-driver rang me to say he was near and I was miles away and customer was out but he got them off himself with not one bend or corner damaged-he deserves employee of the month!!! Really do rate Jackson's as have used before and always had great service-will be using again and again :) Thank you

Highly recommend Jackson’s.From the first contact with the office to the delivery of my new roofing sheets. I’ve been very impressed with Jacksons. Michelle and Carol in the office Were friendly , professional and always responded quickly to my queries. It is nice to know that on something as important as a roof you have a company you can trust with quality goods to match.
