Absolutely heaving so busy but staff were quick and efficient in serving drinks,just popped in with friends before going on to party.Great atmosphere and friendly, parking easy at lurke Street car park.

Visited Bedford after moving away over 20 years ago. This pub is still as good as ever. Great atmosphere, really good outdoor area, staff are friendly, and the drinks are to o quality. Thank you, we'll be back!

Great Sunday lunch, glad they have started doing it again...although adding cauliflower cheese as an extra when it used to be included for an extra £2.50 when the dinner has increased by £5.00 is bit of hit to the wallet for a family!

Lovely pub in one of the best locations in bedford. The young ladies on the bar added a smile to the festivities and was a wonderful atmosphere.

This is a really sweet traditional pub with friendly staff and brilliant decor. There’s a range of seating options including some nice window booths and a small garden area. Prices aren’t the cheapest but there’s a good range and it’s nice to see food options from a couple of the local restaurants. I’d happily return here for a relaxing drink and I’d recommend!

Very quiet but I'm not surprised at £7.50 for a pint of Neck Oil, nice outdoor area though.
