I love the Beauty Hub! Lisa and the team are polite, professional, and deliver top-notch service. Their rubber base gel nails easily last an impressive 4 weeks without chipping or breaking. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience here.They still let me and my friend in even though they were just about to close. They took their time with my nails and they came out looking beautiful. I am more than sure the nails will last me a long time.Their customer service is really good and the quality of nails is great. Would recommend to anyone who asks me.

Worst experience at a nail shop in my entire life ! definitely don't recommend going here ... charged me £45 for nails that barely made it to 1 week without 4 nails falling off ... then I go back to get them removed as my nails looked awful & this was exactly 2 weeks after getting them done due to me working in central London and not being able to come down straight away so I had no choice but to wait until the Saturday... for them to then charge me £12 to take them off ... No apologies no offer to discount due to bad experience... so I then ask them aren't they going to do a discount on the take off due to them barely lasting a week ?! and they make up some excuses and then have the audacity to take £2 off... not only do their customer service skills stink and the staff are so rude ! they also are so over priced for the rubbish nails they do ! I should have just paid for the glue on nails from Superdrug as they would have lasted me longer than these ! Anywho back to my regular nail shop I go ! :)It just shows don't cheat on your nail tech even if they are busy ! It's worth the wait. How this shop is still open is beyond me ! I did think the sign and shop it's self looks so cheap but I thought I'd give it a go only this one time! Turns out the outside of the shop represents the bad service and rubbish nails they do inside the shop !This is the first bad review I've given anywhere ever ! but it was definitely needed ! And shows how bad the experience had to be for me to express my concerns on here !Hope this helps someone else avoid a similar experience to mine :)

Lisa was an amazing person. She made every second of the experience, beautiful ! Such good service and a wonderful soul. Highly recommend.

Had my nails done by Lisa numerous times and will continue so. My nails are done just the way I want them and conversation and vibes with all the workers in the shop is always positive and fun. Had my nails done for my graduation a couple days before and I had chipped the paint off some of the nails. I walked in and asked to have them fixed on the day of my graduation (although it may have been an inconvenience) Lisa fixed them right away, free of charge.Definitely glad I cheated on my original nails shop and found a better one.
