Bear in mind the cost of tyre repair before entering. Probably nothing new there...I always pick up half a dozen screws and nails around my car.

Was told halfway up a ramp struggling to drag a table base that couldn't wear open toe shoes at the tip which was fair enough but I didn't know. I said sorry and asked the lad if he would just tip the base for me then please. His exact reponse you're having a laugh ". Luckily a guy that was there dumping his rubbish took the base up for me. Best joke of all is that the same employee then shouted after me asking if I had the top to the table!!!"

My preferred recycling centre. Staff are always very friendly and happy to help if you have larger items or not sure where to put your waste.

Helpful staff, loads of parking space, easy access

The tip was fairly quiet. Gentleman holds you at the Barrier until a parking space is available. Unfortunately because of Covid the gentlemen cannot help you. Good social distancing adhered to. One up the ramp and then down before the next person is allowed up. A stress free trip to the tip.

had given a fab review for a well run department excellent service in till today .I arrived at 9.30 first in line for 10 o’clock opening along with other cars van waited on opposite side to gates where we have to wait it’s clear . Along comes a van and another car park by gates employe just arrived for work told the car he had to wait other side line is nothing to the van . Employee went into work ten more mins to wait and cars start waiting behind the van they can clearly see us waiting . wHAT happened at ten they let the van and thrones behind him go in first to say we were happy understatement only when we all started sounding our car horns did they let us in . I have never had a bad work against the staff at this tip they have always given excellent service more so during this pandemic but today they let them selfs down big time when I complained to staff they could not answer my question it’s who ever they deside tiler in so next time I shall sit on the wrong side and go in where they like it or not very bad customer service bad

Terrible experience. Queued for over 45 minutes to get in and they closed the gate at exactly 6pm (about 8 cars in front of me also and 5 behind). They didn't have the decency to tell people not to join the queue, just let us sit there knowing we wouldn't get in. Its hardly like socially distancing people who arrive by car in the open air is difficult!
