Good, decent size store for a small town like Blackburn. The upstairs kid's/men's section desperately needs fitting rooms as it's always a pain to go downstairs to use the fitting rooms in the women's section of the store (been told by staff there is only 1 set of fitting rooms, in the women's section, but it is for men's and kid's as well as women's). It pretty much everything else you need, including home stock too. Just wish they had more stock of their popular sized items as they seem to be out of them very quickly.

Went to Blackburn store to return a new item with tags on for some larger as got wrong size , i couldnt find receipt but could show my bank transfer on phone . Wouldn't do it and when i asked what could i do ss they would be too small i was told take them to a charity shop .

Good value for money even though I have seen items increase in price but hasn't EVERYTHING now days...Sometimes is a little like a jumble sale inside

Always a regular here, as it is the closest store for quite some distance. It's always busy, which can be both a good thing and a bad thing. The prices can be a bit steep for some of the quality of the clothes, which is difficult in the current climate.

Lost my bank card in yesterday they wouldn’t give it me back so had no way of getting home with me and my kids had to walk so just wondering if I come in with my birth certificate today is I will actually be able to get my bank card back ?!

Would not recommend, manager was really rude and lacking customer service skills. I will start going to H&M now it has better quality and products and now even the same price anyway, used to love shopping at primark for their convenient price but now it’s not and their management is obviously lacking
