I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Brittanic auto transmission! Their customer service was beyond terrible, showing no concern for my issues. On top of that, their prices were exorbitant, leaving me feeling ripped off. To make matters worse, the workmanship on my vehicle was shoddy, and the problems persisted even after their supposed repair." Save yourself the headache and avoid this nightmare of an auto shop at all costs! One star is still too generous for this abysmal service."

They deserve every single star. Honestly in my experience i beleive that anyone reviewed less than 5 stars is not a genuine customer. Dropped my BMW 520 series with a gearbox issue. Got the car scanned and Nick gave 2 options, refurbish my one or buy a second hand one and get it replaced by them. I found a good deal for a second hand one and took the car for gearbox replacement yesterday. Gearbox replaced, oil changed, coded and also i had an MOT. The car was ready within one day. I don't know what to say but this guys, especially Nick are the best and mos experienced I've ever seen. Reasonable prices and also got the first diagnosing fee deducted on final payment. This company desever more than 5 stars I dont even know how to thank you guys especially nick he has gone beyond to help me. my car needs a lot of stuff done to it and nick has gone all out to help me as it was a little costly he has given me time to sort out getting money to pay this bill while he keeps my car safe he's had my car for a little while and where most people would run u down for the money he hasn't as he knows my situation I've nearly got the money together for my car but this auto shop I swear is amazing and I will deffo be using them again they are so polite and understanding and will do there best to try and help you I have already recommended this place to so many of my friends so if they ever have a problem they will go here I see so many comments about this shop being so expensive but to be fair I wouldn't say they was for every thing I needed I thought that was cheaper than where most people would price u and this was the only place that knew exactly what was wrong with my car I took it to 3 garages who told me it was a oil leak when it wasnt so thank you nick and to every 1 else for fixing my car and being extremely patient with me

After being referred to Brittanic by my warranty company, they arranged for my car to be collected and diagnosed a dead gearbox. The gearbox was replaced and every step of the process was explained to me by Nick. I even squeezed in a full service whilst she was there. Two days later I picked up my car and she's running amazingly. No hassles - great professional work and would definitely recommend Brittanic!!

I definitely give these guys 5 star service and extremely professional straight to the point no wasting time. I bought my ford in to fix the gear box and within a 3 days it was sorted out. Many other garages play games but not these guys so I definitely recommend going to this place If you need to get your car fixed very trustworthy as well.

Fantastic garage. I went to have my gear box checked after various incidents. The diagnosis didn't show any issue so the mechanics took me on a drive for 20 minutes to check himself. Superb experience and trustworthy garage

Nick needs to take some customer service courses and think about his ethics when dealing with customers and their cars. My car was returned to me with the issue still present and unresolved despite paying for repairs.If you need a car fixed, do not trust them. In my 50 years in London I have had the worst experience at brittanic. Not specialts, just a bunch of crooks.
