The Bicycle Service did a great job servicing my bike. Their service options were well explained and I was kept fully informed - a quick email received within an hour of dropping my bike off gave me full details of what work they recommended and the prices, followed later in the day with a courteous phone call to tell me my bike was ready to collect. Great customer service, reasonable prices, and most importantly, my bike feels like new again. Would definitely recommend.

Great service. Booked dropping bike for tuesday. They had it ready for thursday. Basic service costs 44.99. Lot cheaper then Evans cycle and far better then them. Parts have very fair prices too. Bike works like new. Higly recommended

I recently had an accident with my bike and the company was very kind and helped me sort out my bike quickly at a low price. The guy who helped me in particularly was super nice and considerate. Would definitely come here again and recommend to anyone who needs their bike repaired.

These guys are amazing. They just fixed my brakes on the spot, and gave my bike a quick check until it can be booked for a more thorough servicing. Very friendly team, excellent quality repairs, good prices. I highly recommend.

I recently purchased an ex demo Transition Scout from The Bicycle Service, this is the 1st full suspension bike that i have owned. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and they made sure the bike was in tip top condition before i took it home, they also set up the suspension for which was a great help. The bike is great as was the service and all at a very competitive price. Would definitely recommend.
