Strongs

Provided lovely basket of fruit at relatively short notice. It was very full, well presented and attractive. Good value for money.

I have been contacted now by Roy from Strongs and the situation has been superbly sorted.Very well handled such that I would now give a 5 star rating.Rather than excuses I was given thoughtful apology and a valid reason as to how this may have happened,THANK YOU Roy for all your help. My confidence has been restored.I shall leave my original comments to show that Strongs are really concerned about customer service.We’ll DoneReceived a box from Strongs via Too Good to Go which we assumed but didn’t check would be usable fruit n veg which would be ripe and ready to eat. What we got was only go for the compost heap. Supposed to be£20 worth of goods but only managed to use lemon juice and mushrooms. All the melons were bad as were peaches avacados swede tomatoes and the outside leaves of cabbage. Very disappointed considering the quality of produce on show. Owner couldn’t even be bothered to phone me back after I spoke to a great member of staff.Have many photos to share to confirm the quality received.

Think this shop is expensive I bought half a cucumber, punnet of strawberries, punnet of blueberries, bag of kale and some loose tomatoes for the price of £13-13p. Didn’t think to check it out until I got home.

always loved this shop but Unfortunately had to deal with an incredibly rude member of staff the other day. He seemed very upset with me for wanting to pay the price that had been advertised for some tomatoes. I was extremely polite to him yet he snapped at me twice and then waited for me to be half out of the shop and said 'this why I usually do deliveries' I expect he usually does deliveries because he is too rude to work in the shop.

Plenty of choice but basics are expensive ie cauliflower £2.99. supermarket £1 . Nectarine 80p each , can't say that the quality was much different.

Very bad experience in this shop with a rude member of their staff.Went back in after being served by him because he had overcharged me.He came out with a torrent of abuse when it was his fault for not looking at the prices correctly!!! Very expensive anyway,then you get abuse and overcharged.On top of that when I got my apples home had to throw them away because they were rotten!!

Bought 3 bunches of flowers today and cannot give them to an old lady as when opened to make one big bunch, bottom leaves are all going rotten and the lower flowers which are hidden are dead. Never use again.

Ordered yesterday. Didn't expect delivery until after weekend being a new customer and only moving to the Fylde coast a year ago.. Delivered today. The variety of quality products does not justify theft at the scale, overcharging the customer and the insolence of some workers. There hasn't been a single time I've shopped at Strongs and not been ripped off! Really no one able to take a stand on this matter?
