Brixworth Household Waste Recycling Centre
By far the best recycling centre in Northampton. Always clean and tidy, never picked up a puncture here, the staff are always friendly and very courteous with enquiries as to what rubbish goes where.Also the bins are recessed and there are no ramps. You can pull right up to a bin and unload straight out of the car. Can unload in 2 minutes rather than 10 by walking up and down the ramps you have at Sixfields or Ecton.

Tidy and well organised. Staff are friendly and helpful, queues sometimes but that's there to stop a free-for-all. Much better than the other recycling places.Strange that paint cant be thrown away though.

As tips go, this one's excellent. No big ramps to walk up and never seems to be that busy!I find the staff nice and helpful too!

Brixworth Household Waste Recycling Centre
Super helpful staff. Great place to take your rubbish and recycling. No ramps, which is vital for me with mobility issues. You can reverse right up to the skip of your choice. Generally not as busy as Sixfields and a much more relaxed vibe. Not open Tuesday and Wednesday but other than that I can't fault the place.

Unhelpful, had a double mattress to dump, folded in half and roped up. Had to park a distance form the actual skip. About 4 workers just stood there, chatting and watching me as if totally bored and nothing to do. I struggled having to roll and the mattress along slowly as too big to lift. Thanks for that!Also I don't get the point of a public facility that is closed often / couple of days a week..

Not long moved to the area and so needed to use the tip a few times. What a brilliant tip it is. It's very well thought out and easy to find where you need to put things. The opening times are perfect. The staff there are exceptionally helpful and kind. They all have good attitudes and seem to enjoy their work. Best recycling centre I've ever been too.

I USE BIXWORTH RECYCLING CENTRE FAIRLY OFTEN AND ONCE AGAIN TODAY I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE FROM A COUPLE OF THE WORKERS, I ONLY HAVE ONE LEG AND WHEN I GOT OUT OF MY CAR ONEOF THE MEN TOLD ME ET BACK IN AND EMPTIED MY WASTE INTO THE BINS THAT REALLY MADE MY DAY, I OFFERED HIM A TIP BUT HE REFUSED IT WHICH I THOUGHT WAS GREAT,I DONT KNOW HIS NAME BUT THANK HIM CINCERELY.
