I recently wanted to purchase a swaskovski Angelic Jewellery set.However, when I was searching the internet .. all the websites that sold it (including Swaskovski) didn't accurately list what was in the box (three items).I then came across David Christopher who accurately listed what was in the box (peace of mind) and promised next day delivery.As promised the jewellery came next day via royal mail special delivery.To my delight there was complimentary chocolates included in the package.Would totally recommend this company for attention to detail and a thoroughly professional service

I took my Pandora bracelet back in as I had trouble with the clasp. It was so stiff and I couldn’t get it off myself. I have loads of other Pandora bracelets etc but was told by a girl that they were all like this and she had no interest in helping other than palming me off with a note on my receipt.A week later I went to Whiteley and received far better customer service including a replacement.The way I felt at the Fareham one was as if I was not a valued customer (the bracelet was brought from there) and she had no respect for me or my issue.I won’t be going there for anymore Pandora. Whiteley Store is further for me but far far better service.

Requested a price match which was agreed via email, however they didn't honour it.Emailed back to query it along with a screen shot showing the matched price and was told the price match code shouldn't have been agreed and that a £15 discount was the intended good will" counter offer."

I have always used pandora at David Christopher ( the girls know me now by name). They are lovely chatty and very helpful !They always go above and beyond to help me on the phone or face to face. They exchange my jewellery if I ever have any problems and are more than welcoming and helpful.

Really disappointed, turned up at the time of the store opening and waited for 25 minutes. No sign on the door, tried ringing the number and nothing. Such a shame so close to Christmas too.

Far too pushy! Was served by someone only interested in taking my money and earning her commission. Went back to my usual store in Whitley. Fantastic staff! Came away very happy with my purchase.

I went into the Pandora section today with my husband to choose a ring for my upcoming birthday. I would just like to say how lovely and friendly Kate was and to thank her for her excellent customer service. My husband was also very impressed with her and the shop and I have a feeling my ring will be on my finger on the day!

Didn’t even get acknowledged by the two girls working there when looking at pandora charms - we were looking to add some on for both of our daughters bracelets, but after walking into an empty shop and neither member being interested we left and will go to Whiteley instead.

Bought some birthstone earrings here while on holiday very disappointed to get them home to find they hadnt put the backs on them i know i should have checked but cant go back now
