We are cash buyers and despite going there in person from London, our details were not entered onto their system and we think a judgement was made on how we looked by Daryl, who never followed up with us. Once we had made further contact by phone some weeks later, Jamie did try and was helpful initially but Daryl, who was supposedly our main contact, never contacted us at all. Unfortunately, we found them to be generally more style over substance and we have very quickly had better experiences with other estate agents in Folkestone.

Unprofessional.Drove all the way from London for a viewing (they even send a confirmation email of time and location) When I arrive- no one is answering the doorbell, phone or emails.It’s now the evening and still no one has responded or reached out about why they stood me up lol. Insane & waste of time.

Annoying system of giving a property a guide price which is the lowest point of a price range. If you list a property at a price of £200,000 to £225,000, then of course people will offer £200,000 so what is the point?

From the outside you are not sure what this restaurant serves..it says Pan Asian..so still not sure.Glad we tried it though....food was Thai mix service was very good..food was excellent. Could have done with more ambience but it was early when we arrived.Definitely recommend..defo returning.
