We contacted Travis for a roof repair based on his google reviews. From the initial enquiry Travis was polite and helpful on the best approach to the repair. Work was carried out in the specified time frame and to a good tidy standard. Price was competitive with other quotes. Definitely recommended.

I have had an issue with my roof for the past couple of years. Have had various quotes and roofers booked who have not turned up.I contacted Travis who explained that he was really busy but he still came out to look at my roof. After assessing he said he would try and fix the problem there and then. I wasn’t expecting him to do this and was truly grateful.Travis was efficient and gave his honest professional opinion.There are still people out there who do genuinely want to help without profiteering.Thank you TravisFrom Julie Lloyd

I’m very pleased with the work done. TGW roofing always let me know when they were going to be working. The pride in their work is evident, and I really appreciated the time they took to explain their work to me. In addition, their prices are competitive. I had renewed UPVC fascia, soffits, guttering and new eaves support trays, breathable felt.and a dry verge system.

Travis did a professional repair on my Victorian chimney stack. After the inspection the chimney needed completely sealed from the elements. He organised everything and was flexible with his timings. Travis was open an honest for his pricing so there an no hidden surprises and also kept me informed of his progress. I'd recommend him to anyone and I am having him back in the new year to solve some erroding porch steps. As with all good people he is busy man so get him booked early!

MessageVery highly recommended. I will look nowhere else for any help I may need in the future.He gave us a date several weeks in advance. In the event he started a day later as the scaffold was not ready.He kept us fully informed about the change.We needed to have a cement hip replaced. Travis did this and in addition replaced several slates at no extracost. Furthermore he came back to mend something else that I found (unrelated to the first job) when we stillhad the scaffholding in place. He did this on a Saturday morning (in the freezing cold) at no extra charge.In addition to all this he is a truly nice guy. Fantastic service

Although the work done by Travis was of a good standard, it did not actually fix our original problem. Travis took several weeks to finish what was supposed to be a four day job. Granted the weather played some part in this, but Travis failed to turn up on the dry days, preferring instead to work on other jobs, this is despite telling us we were his only priority.Being several thousand pounds lighter after the completion of the recommended work, and still with our original leak not resolved we could not in good conscience recommend Travis and would not use him again.

Honesty and integrity is absolutely essential when dealing with the building trade. Thankfully TGW Roofing has these in abundance. There is no pretend head scratching and over inflated or exaggerated issues. Instead it is straight to the point, a clear explanation of the problem, how it can be solved and a sensible cost. As a home owner this is exactly what we wanted and meant that we were able to place our trust in TGW.All this is topped off with politeness and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
