Puffin Chimneys

Tom cleared out our cottage chimney a couple of weeks ago and he comes highly recommended - professional, on time and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.

I had Tom from Puffin Chimneys come to sweep my fire place today after booking in with him a few weeks ago, which was a very easy process. Tomfound a date and time that worked well for us over the phone. Nice aToday Tom was bang on time, early if anything which is a always a good sign in my eyes. He was presented very well, clean, tidy and professional.I have two indoor cats and a dog, Tom was conscious of making sure the door was a shut behind him ensuring the cats didn’t escape. Which is refreshing.Very knowledgeable and professional in his work. Lots of sheets and covers etc. my living room i think was cleaner when he left than when he arrived!Great price to, with all the right paper work provided. Highly recommend and will be using again.Ps Tom likes coffee, milk no sugar :)Thanks Tom

Tom was very courteous and extremely tidy. He had some serious equipment and lovely odour emitting hoover. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and booked Tom for the next service.

Tom did a spectacular job sweeping our chimney, could really notice the difference when lighting the fire with ease afterwards. He was very clean, cleared the window of our log burner, efficient and checked everything was working properly and safely, Also the lavender vacuum was a nice touch!
