My wife's car was serviced there through ServicingStop. She was called and the guy rattled some technical info that was required. She didn't know what it was and neither gave explicit approval. Invoiced £300 extra for unnecessary work.Avoid these con artists

I had very bad and painful, stressful experience with this garage. I have given mine 2 cars for service and one for MOT. I won’t suggest any one for this garage. Be aware they take you for a ride.

Great place for servicing your car very busy but helpful guy

Booked in a service and MOT via servicing stop. This was the garage responsible for doing the work in my area. Did not receive an update as to my car being picked up after making payment. 2 very unprofessional people came to collect my vehicle which was very inconvenient. Then my car was kept for a while without notice of when it will be returned. I then received a call letting me know that the car has failed MOT and service was complete, which was minimal compared to what I thought was being done. They tried to quote me over £1000. I received my car back with no service book update and a failed MOT. When I called this garage to receive paper work for my service they blocked my number and will not respond to my emails. I will contacting the ombudsman. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They are polite but it is one of the worse auto centre ever. I had very bad, painful and stressful experience with this garage. They don't tell the price at first and they try to create more work. I have given my car for service, they didn’t change the Engine Oil and causes my car to go to Scrap at the end. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My tyre got flat and went there with stepney. They were very helpful and completed the job. Very cheap and efficient.

The most appalling service ever booked on line via servicing stop Ltd. Initially paid£156 for a service and MOT after being quoted £112 then was told of a service advisory for my car Fan belt cost £136, Spark Plugs £97 and brake fluid renewal £77 after initially agree for break fluid change and fan belt i was sent an invoice for £297 +pence so i phone back with in 4 minutes and said to cancel the work as it was too expensive. I immediately phoned this garage to say that i wanted the work started however they had said that they had started on the break fluid change. But they could not do anything either stop or go forward until i had contacted service stop and i was told they would not give me my car back until then. Baring in mind i paid the £156 up front on 29th December. it then took me from 14.09-16.16pm with constant calls to both of service stop telephone umber using two phones on my mobile alone I made 18 calls leaving voicemails to contact me as soon as they could plus the numerous calls i made on my work phone contacting both number simultaneously and the calls to Falcon Garage plus the two emails that i sent their customer services NOTHING was what i got absolutely no return calls only one email at just after 4pm telling me to pay £131 for the break fluid change which on their invoice the charge was £77.00 +VAT of £15.40 total cost +£92.40 however I was forced to pay £131.40. I tried to query this as well but was told that i had to make the payment otherwise i would not get my car back. I am a keyworker working for a Charity who provides respite care breaks for carer without my car i cannot work..The whole this today has been very very stressful especially as when I spoke with another garage who is reputable (i have used them in the past and wish I had done so this time). Who told me the cost they were charging were very very high. I am so distraught by all of this i do not know if the break fluid change was done and i will be getting this checked as well as the advisory's on the other two thing but i do know that when i do it is going to be at least if not more than £200 cheaper.My advice is to not use either this garage or the company that they use Servicing stop Ltd. Exorbitant prices, no customer service at all and your car will be held as hostage until you pay even if you don't want the work to be done. ABSOLUTLEY AWFUL

I delivered my car for a MOT and Service of the car. First of all, Customer service was too good and quick...attended very well and the car was also done on time. Higly recommended gerage.
