Junjai thai massage

I am a regular at Walton on Thames but they were fully booked. I spoke to Nat at the East Molesey branch and they had availability. Nat provided an amazing massage, was friendly, courteous and extremely professional. Booking in advance is essential. Having the choice of two fantastic branches is great.

I've been a regular at Junjai since it opened in Molesey and can't recommend it highly enough. After almost a week of pain in my shoulder and neck, one massage with Jo and I am completely restored.Huge thanks and see you soon.

I have been regularly having massages with Nat for around 18 months, and I am never going anywhere else. Nat is completely professional, knowledgeable, careful & always checking to ensure the treatment is suitable. I am so lucky to have found Nat, she is 1 in a million. Thank you.

Ok, now there clearly are a number of people that have been happy with Junjai, but sadly i am not one of them. I have just come away feeling significantly more stressed than when i went in . The girl was very friendly but her massage was probably the worst I’ve ever had which did nothing for my knots or stress.I did say my legs were sore, but when i asked for a bit more attention to them repeatedly, that was hardly done. Also the room was very small and no chair, so putting my air cast back on from a high table was very difficult. To add tne final insult when i went to pay by card, they charged me £5 more for the privilege, with no notice anywhere to this effect. When I did pay, I got no receipt. The other girl when challenged, said she had been telling the boss since last year but nothing had even been done. When I said why couldn’t she simply write a notice , she said she was going in a month anyway.I would never go there again if they offered me a free session, but as they say to each their own.One thing I can say it is totally inscrutable, so the first reviewer I read about additional services I can only assume is malicious from a disgruntled customer possibly looking for those services and being disappointed by the lack of them.

I found this by complete coincidence when my usual place was booked up I decided to look up places - got the only appt available and I am so HAPPY to have found it! Fabulous massage with Tina - just what I needed and expect from a deep tissue massage! I booked another one already. Thank you Tina and team!

Tai gave an amazing massage I will be back. I was melting into the bed, Tai released the tension and tightness in my shoulders, traps and lower back. I am a personal trainer and yoga teacher and I am almost always tight and prefer a firm pressure and this massage didn’t disappoint. I’ve had hundreds of massages in my lifetime and this was up there. Can’t wait for my next one with Tai

I have been here twice before reviewing and tried the relaxing and deep tissue massage and can recommend both.The staff are really friendly and whilst I would always recommend booking in advance I did do a walk in and they fitted me in.

I've had wonderful authentic Thai massages there from both Jo and Joy. I experience bad shoulder and back pain and their Thai magic really does do the trick. A spotless, relaxing, friendly environment. Highly recommend.

I am a frequent visitor to Junjai Thai in Hersham but today for ease I decided to use the Walton branch. Disappointed to say the very least. As a Sports Massage Therapist myself I am certain she was not qualified. The techniques used were far from Thai techniques and her routines were inconsistent. In often go to release tension as I am a football player and I do not feel the slightest relived.The walls are very hollow do for the whole massage I listened to the receptionist watching loud videos.Very dissatisfied. I won’t be returning to this branch.
