Very helpful and friendly staff. Fixed a puncture for us in double-quick time so we could continue our journey.

Had to have part of my exhaust replaced. Took 2 hours from when I dropped it off, to them ordering and fitting it. Excellent service. Very welcoming and polite, and I don't feel like I've been overcharged

Last time l visited wasn't a very good experience. I paid for new front tyres and alignment the fitter didn't do the alignment which l took up with the management, after a full refund and the alignment done, l vowed never to go back. Took my car there today for a MOT and the staff and management were excellent. Looks like there's new staff, so I'm happy again.

Booked an appointment for the fitting of two tyres which had already been paid for online. Delayed by an hour before staff even started work on my car. What is the point of the appointment system? Management should turn away work knowing that appointments are booked in advance, what a joke, shocking customer service!!Will be looking elsewhere for future tyre replacement.

Excellent service, rang for tyre price couldn't be beaten locally, booked in 4 tyres fitted 50 min, on my way home, have used before courteous and polite would use again without hesitation.

Dropped in with an issue on my car, boy what service. Lee and Dean were all over it and i was up and running in double quick time, now i know why its called formula one, what a pit stop that was. will go back for sure, well done lads , a credit to the company

Excellent service from start to finish, Louis looked over the two front tyres and provided a quote. Both front tyres fitted and wheel alignment on all 4 wheels. Louis and his team are friendly and informative and get the job completed to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Redditch as I've brought a few cars here. Thankyou!

we had breaks changed at the Redditch branch in April 2023, then at the service in June 2023 the breaks were extremely worn already. Took the van back to the Redditch branch and they claimed the calliper was the issue so we paid another £600 and had this changed and the breaks again. 3 months later the van was due an MOT, took it to a different garage and shock horror the break pads were warn AGAIN. But this time they were warn so unevenly that one side was fine and the other was down to bare minimum. I called the Redditch garage and spoke to Ben who promised a refund of the works completed as he had no time slots to fit the van in on that day and the van was not safe to drive back and forth. We took all the invoices and the worn break pads back to the garage and spoke to the ‘manager’. After waiting over a week for a refund we have only received 1/2 of what we were expecting. I called and yet again spoke to the manager who has claimed that’s all they will be refunding despite what Ben had promised. This will be the last time I will ever trust formula one to complete any work. We have spent over £800 in the space on 6 months for them to fit breaks and have now had to fork out another £200 to get them correctly fitted. The branch manager has stated that Ben had no right to promise us a refund of any kind so he has done us a ‘favour’ he then proceeded to call me sweetheart and talk to me like I had no clue what was going on. I have never spoken to a manager so incompetent and rude before. After taking advice from the mechanic at the current garage he has said it’s clear they have been forced on at an angle and they hadn’t even fitted the sensor back on.

Booked my car in for a service. Got down there spoke to the manager about a few things I wanted him to look at while working on the vehicle, no problems. The manager proceeded to take a phone call leaving me to speak to the only other chap in the shop, I asked him to let the manager know that the gear 2 synchro was an issue when changing but only at high rpm as this is an expensive issue and I didn't want any one accidently breaking the gear box because I hadn't said anything. I then left the garage for a phone call 5 mins later borderline accusing me of trying to stitch them up with a hefty repair bill to which I returned to the shop and he refused to work on the car. I'll be honest when I say the man's attitude stunk and didn't seem confident in his work obviously to refuse to service the car. Everyone should go to mr tyre instead I told them everything I told the formula one guys and they were not afraid of touching a perfectly fine vehicle and did a fantastic job.without the attitude aswel.
