Monarch have been fantastic in helping me to gain my first placement in a primary school after completing my Early Years Teacher Status. I had previously been let down by other agencies and Monarch were able to very quickly get me set up with themselves and into a new teaching role. Dan has especially been a wonderful support and is always available for any queries. I would highly recommend Monarch Education for anyone looking at starting work through an agency, the team are very effective and have excellent personal links with many schools in the Greater Manchester area.

She promised me regular work when i joined and in the last four years she has always fulfilled her promise. She goes out of her way for me for which i can't thank her enough.
