I couldn't find a particular T shirt so I (after a bit) I found a member of staff. He pointed to a wall and said over there". I said I already looked so he then looked around and pointed to a table. He didn't walk me to the table to help me look.I found the T shirts but couldn't find my size. Another member of staff was standing near by at a console so I asked if they had a particular size

This store is in a good location, with 2 entrances and several floors. I wanted to try on football boots but had trouble deciding which ones were best, luckily there were patient, helpful young staff who went to fetch different sizes for me to try on. Good place for gifts, sportswear, bags, and shoes.

Terrible customer service. The guy with bad acne shouldn't be working in a customer facing job. This store stole 40 pounds off me and customer services have been less than helpful. Please do NOT shop here

Wasn't able to try clothes on so bought them and tried on at home. Went back to return as the medium shirts are too small, and the large all out of stock, and was told they will only do store credit (for a shop i generally don't shop in).Completely unapologetic lad behind the till (not their fault though - rules is rules).Very poor by today's standards.

Good place for sports wears and kits. Also have more options for casual wear. Relatively cheaper than many other stores. In Mersey way Town Centre. Park the car in Peel center and come here.

Very bad customer service there was enough staff but no one wants to help they all was busy in talking I was looking for skrachers shoes my size yesterday in store the boy I called for help was very rude no eye contact no smile and his attitude was not good and about my shoes size he said size is not available i feel like he doesn't want to sell that shoes to me then i have ordered online. M not going again.

Bought the trainers less then 24 hours but there were faulty took it back but wasn't sure . who was the manager 2 ladies was there they said we are the manager. One called nick and the other was nicki . Shocking and Extremely rude customer service.
