Sales experience was good. On inspection at home the interior roof had bad finger tips oily stain. Tyre warning light came in on second day after purchase. Handbook is a nightmare to understand

I had a terrible experience with one of the managers who apparently has now left. He tried to sell me the wrong seat covers for my car. He ordered the wrong ones and then said there was nothing could be done and that I was stuck with them. I had to fight tooth and nail in order to get refunded and then was told if I wanted the correct covers it would cost me £190.00. I had to call several times and go into the branch to show him they were not right.This gave me a lot of stress and couldn’t believe I was being treated this way. I have been a loyal customer and have already purchased 2 cars. And as yet I’m left with no seat covers.

I got the car checked in smoothly and was called when it was ready to pick up.There were less updates than I have received from some other branches but there were no issues with the service at all and any issues with the car were resolved with no fuss.

After having spent A LOT of time looking for the right car, we finally found it thanks to product consultant Anton Hawthorn at Arnold Clark Bishopbriggs. Anton was knowledgeable and always there to answer the questions we had (we had loads). Everything was done well from start to finish. I'm a return customer at Arnold Clark Bishopbriggs and always feel well looked after. My product consultant Jordan Carroll made the whole process so easy and stress free. He was very friendly and approachable and was even great with my daughter who was with me. He kept in touch while I was waiting on my car and accommodated me regarding collection of the car. Would highly recommend him.
