Personally I would give less than one star....Shocking food....no flavour....full of fat and grease....delivered in less than 10mins ....will definitely avoid in the future ....Don't bother!!!!!

Huge menu with lots of variety and options for vegetarian dishes.Do a lovely duck in plumb sauce and amazing chips, the curries also never fail to deliver.Never had to wait longer than 10minutes upon arrival even for larger orders!Very friendly staff.Only downside is their reluctance to step into the 21st century, cash only unfortunately!

Excellent traditional Chinese takeaway, like they used to be back in the day. Meals were lovely and the staff were very friendly. Wish we had a Chinese like this round where I live.

Lovely hearted beautiful staff snd wow the food is mind blowing so delicious i actually dreamed I was eating it again I love it and will be back tomorrow, I lost hope on good Chinese food but now I found my perfect place THANKYOU XXXX

Our first visit to the Golden house. Beautiful, tasty and very well packaged takeaway meal. I had just driven up and ordered my meal, the waiting time was minimal and the staff friendly and efficient. I will definitely use Golden house again, every meal choice was excellent.

Absolutely disgusted with the place. We regularly have food from here spending £30 a time. Well not anymore dinner absolutely ruined because they forgot the boiled rice we were told it would be with us in 10 minutes but 25 minutes later still hadn’t arrived. Rang them back and all they did was laugh and say it’s 20 minutes and the rice was still sat in the kitchen. And this is 25 minutes later !!! So money totally wasted !!! Will never use this Chinese again

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely shocking customer service! Was told delivery would be 45 mins. Rang after 1 hour 30 to be told it was on the way - we live 3 mins away. Rang again after another 20 mins to be told again it’s on the way. Lady said it quite possibly will be cold as she had been to other houses before us but will not compensate us for the time delay and the fact she acknowledges it will probably be cold unless we ring back after paying! Never experienced customer service like this before. Will not be using again and absolutely do not recommend!
