We've bought several cars from Lance and the team at Poolfoot over the years, and had the same great service with our latest car. From start to finish the team were really helpful and responsive, giving us time to test drive and think about our purchase, and answered any questions without any hard selling. When it came time to pick it up it was well presented and an easy exchange.

Very helpful staff, Penny was really helpful with good communications, answered all questions, excellent all round service and Penny delivered the car for me.

Not very good bought a car July 2022 two days later had to buy new tyre last week driving near my home heard a bang stopped. Went home looked round the car took it back the guy booked it in got their Friday to get it repaired told warranty ran out in 6months the car has cost me £240 coil spring had broken I will not be going back again poor after sales

The best in class for second hand vehicles. I purchased my 68 reg. Vitara from this dealer. I never bought a car from here, I made good contact with Chris who gave me sufficient comfort and confidence to buy a vehicle without viewing it, only because i am in Essex and Poolfoot Motors are close to BlackpoolI asked Chris to send me copies of all documentations and clear pictures of the vehicle where I needed to have focus on. Chris responded to my request quickly and with integrity.I was a little concerned that the vehicle i was buying had been parked up for 1 year, my main concern was rust on the brake discs, which is the norm with all vehicles that are not driven. Chris gave me sufficient comfort that any rust treatment, if needed, would happen as part of the service.Chris also informed me that i would get a 3 month warranty on the vehicle that would be honored by Poolfoot Motors. And yes i did make a call on that warranty as the rear discs made a horrible noise mainly due to the rust from being parked. Also there some other SNAGS. Chris just said take it to your local garage

All the cars have been well presented and we have had no problems with any of them. The customer service has always been to a very high standard. Not all car dealers are sharks and Poolfoot Motors is one of the best ones we have dealt with.

Nice friendly staff, lots of cars to choose from, but a little over priced in my humble opinion.
