Absolutely awful. Taxi to Heathrow arrived 30 mins late but luckily I had allowed some buffer time. Return trip from Gatwick was worst. I paid for a Meet and Greet service and driver just parked somewhere in departure and asked us to meet him. When we finally got there, we found that the taxi was no big enough for 5 plus luggage and so we had to squeeze in. If you want a proper or premium service, use another so pay as they are utterly awful.

Ride to airport was really pleasant. Driver was friendly and called 30 min before the scheduled time to advise the road was closed in case we wanted to leave a bit earlier, which was very helpful.Will repeat with them next time!

they were on time even though the service was scheduled for 5:20 a.m. They responded quickly to emails. They waited for me as I was late. The drive was excellent. They accepted a last minute change to the trip. They didn't charge any fee. I know I was lucky and probably they would need to charge a fee in similar situations, but all I can say is 10/10. Thanks.

Have used Reading Airport Taxis for about the 4th time now.Driver turned up on time to pick us up, he was polite and put our cases in the car.He found a short route to the motorway so we got to the airport in plenty of time even though we allowed extra time to get through town traffic.He was polite in the car and we had a good chat to the airport, he got our cases out of the car and we shook hands to say thank you.So would definitely recommend Reading Airport Taxis.Mr S King
