Good customer service. Itech replaced my mobile screen and put a protective screen on. Pleased with the results. Good value for money. I would highly recommended them to others.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the repair services I received at your establishment and the subsequent treatment I received when I requested a refund for a repair that was not properly executed. My experience has been highly disappointing, and I believe it is essential for you to be aware of the issues I encountered during my visit to your store.I brought my phone too your shop to have the screen repaired. I trusted that your team would provide a professional and reliable service. However, upon receiving my phone back, I noticed that the screen was not properly repaired, and there were several issues, including [describe the specific issues].Naturally, I returned to your shop to address these concerns and request a refund, as I believe that the service provided was not up to the standards I expected. To my dismay, your staff initially rejected my request for a refund and were extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the issues and working towards a solution, they denied any wrongdoing.I requested that your team send me an email to document the details of my refund request and the reasons behind it, but this process was unnecessarily arduous and further displayed a lack of professionalism. Throughout this interaction, your team remained uncooperative and did not make any efforts to rectify the situation.I am appalled by the lack of customer service and professionalism demonstrated during this ordeal. As a result, I feel compelled to share my experience with others to prevent them from suffering a similar fate. I strongly advise potential customers to consider alternatives to your services, as my experience has left me with no confidence in your ability to provide quality repairs and respectful customer service.

I had my IPad repaired and they gave me a one year warranty. Very good shop and very reliable with an experienced technician. I recommend everyone to come here.

went into this store after being recommended to me by carphone warehouse. Needed a new case and screen protector for my phone. Hayley sorted me out a decent case and screen protector for a fantastic price with a great service... The guys also do repairs in there and very professional. I even walked out with £4.99 pm screen insurance... which a great price.
