So... I got my wifes Golf R back... paint on three of the alloys, excess paint on the inside of car which has taken me a day to remove. One of the marks not fixed on back panel, green lines on car, lower sill somethung went wrong, spray of (dots) something on top of the roof, chip on paint work above the drivers passenger window, paint work -dots probably dust but needs fixed, excess paint rough in the inside driver door. Etc etc... i hope the work gets fixed 2nd time round to a decent standard. Receptionist very helpful...

Collection and delivery no problem but returned twice now as incurred extra chips during repair which have been sprayed over minus any repairRepairs they have done are sub standard not even the paint matches up.Had an independent assessment on the car this morning who informed my wife they had claimed £1200 for a new boot and repair to bumperClaiming on work mot done just to cream off extra money should go down well with the insurance companyCar hopefully going into Thompson in Carlisle who we know from past experience do a proper job

Shocking quality of insurance work done on my van, wing not lined up properly, paintwork looks like it was done by a child and to top it off van given back to me in an unsafe condition with whats now been diagnosed as a collapsed wheel bearing, have reported to trading standards and insurance company, they will not be getting a chance to rectify, they should not be aloud near anymore vehicles. I advise everyone to avoid at all costs!!!!
