Went in to get a slow puncture repaired, was there a while as everytime the phone rang or someone came in, he stopped working on my car and went off to deal with it. At first he couldn't find the leak. After a while I went over and spotted a nail in the tyre. He then went about putting a plug in it. All good or so I thought. A few days later tyre started to go down again. So went back and without even looking at my tyre he announced you need a new tyre. So he then went back to the office made a phone call for about ten minutes. While on the call a new customer came in saying there was an issue with his car. While on hold on his call he told new customer he would book it in. He has now been totally ignoring me stood there, but I waited patently. His phone call then end. He then proceeded to deal with the new customer booking him in for the following week. Still totally ignoring me stood right in front of him. Seems you have to be a local to get any respect here. Got back in my car and drove off. I am local but only very recently. I have 3 vehicles which after this trearment, I will never visit this business again. So I have now taken my car to Saracans in Llangefni. They spotted the valve was leaking in less than a minute fixed and on my way in 15 minutes.

Got quoted £300 to change part of exhaust, was told that would only take 30 minutes but the part was expensive.They said would have the part in next day so to leave the car with them. Two days later, still didn't have part - I had to call them each day, as didn't keep me updated.I took the car to Lands End tyres, was quoted £100 fitted, did it the next day while I waited.Part was ordered via the same supplier.

Very helpful staff. garage was busy for a week but they manage to get my car in and fixed no problem. Any issues with the car is explained to you clearly. highly recommended fair priced too will be using the garage again

Put their tea break on hold to repair my flat tyre while I waited so that I could take the family for our beach day. Absolute stars!
