We were after a heater for an outdoor pool, but luckily spoke to a young man who went through the size, rate of the pump we had etc, and gave great advice on why a certain heater would not work correctly with our set up. Had he not bothered, we would have wasted money and potentially had broken our equipment. Great service all round!!! Thanks a million!!!

We needed a new inground pool pump. We are regular visitors, and get all our pool and tub chemicals and bits here. As usual, a very personal service, in a family run environment. By the way, prices are very compatable with online! We looked at prices online, and Pool Pro had what we needed at a comparable price. We picked it up, got some good advise, and they are always on hand if you have any issues.

I purchased Intex pool during first lockdown.My knowledge pool maintenance was zero.HoweverSpeaking to you guys who are friendly.Knowledgeable and polite.Made everything seems so much easier.After care advice is second to none.Great place.Great value for Money.(Need a coffee shop tho)

Great place, had most things we wanted and if it didn't then the staff were very informative and helpful. Came for the pool shop but will be back to look at nursery as the plants looked amazing.
