First lady was helpful, and explained what I needed. Second guy hung up on me on discovering I didn’t have an account number, as I wanted to check stock, having spoken to my local tyre fitter. Very rude and disappointing.

The 5 star goes to lady in customer service called Tamzin. Although Bond as a company often struggle to meet the Delivery times that they give out. Tamzin always goes above and beyond to help us out and track where the vans are and where they are due next etc.

Rubbish and dishonest company! Booked an tyre change with a company they didn’t had the tyre that I needed so they ordered it from them. The tyre turned out 2 days later than they sad. Meanwhile I needed to deal with the spare wheet. Very poor customer service and organised badly. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Purchased two brand-new Continental car tyres (245/45R17 95W Conti Fr SportContact 5 MO) from Tyresavings.com (a private limited company located at Bond International). Following the discovery of bulges in the insides of both tyres after only 10 months of use and 5761 miles (well within the warranty period), they were removed from the vehicle and returned to Tyresavings.com who then claimed that they sent off the tyres for examination (I presume back to the Continental, but Continental have no record of this). After a period of almost six months (and the usual constant phone calls and exchange of e-mails) I was then offered a partial refund of £153.51 compared to the original price paid of £248.10, an offer I refused as the tyres were obviously faulty at the point of manufacture. As already stated, the faulty tyres failed at a mileage of 5761 miles, whereas the industry standard for tyre life is about 20,000 miles. In other words, the faulty tyres only lasted for about 29% of their expected life. Tyresavings.com’s offer of £131.59 compared to the purchase price of £248.10 for the faulty tyres meant that I would only be getting back 53% of the original price. When you consider that the tyres only did about 5761 miles (about 29% of their expected life) I think you will agree that I was entitled to a complete refund on the grounds that the tyres were not of merchantable quality when they were sold to me. Luckily the tyres had been bought with a credit card, so I decided to claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. This morning I received a complete refund of the original price paid. A happy ending, but no thanks to Tyresavings.com! Will not be using them again - and the thought has passed my mind that the tyres I bought from them were NOT in fact genuine Continentals, but counterfeit - not accusing them of knowingly doing this, but I have never known a premium tyre such as Continental to fail completely so soon.

Any account holder should be very careful with returning tyres back to bond, your money goes missing and be very careful of one person called callum when closing your account with bond. I asked callum that i have now sold the business could you please collect your winter tyres from the garage, he said oh no thats ok i will transfer it to new owners account, and i asked him to close and send me confirmation that account has been closed. Not only he did not close the account he did not transfer the tyres to new business owner, now when when i speak to them each one of them comes up with a number callum is saying £250 is outstanding his colleague is saying £1200 and their solicitor is sayng its £450 outstanding.

I worked here for nearly 2 years I enjoyed it dont get me wrong maybe the 2 runs I didn't agree with, I managed to find myself another job closer to home and notified them in good time and took nearly £200 WITHOUT AUTHORITY accusing me of missing tyresNEVER AGAIN and it's a shame because I got on with them all.

Really bad company to deal with open a trade monthly account only to be chased for money to be told it’s a cash on delivery total wast of time filling in the account form and opening a monthly account I will also add when chased for we hadn’t even have a statements so did what I can do best payed off outstanding amount and told them to close the account and I will never deal with them again there are plenty more tyre companies out there which I think they are forgetting total bunch of wasters that didn’t take my company seriously as they think there bigger and better than me

I have been dealing with this company for 13yrs and was happy with service up until I needed a refund for a tyre that never got delivered in December 2022 still waiting April 2023 we are now eleven phone calls on and no joy, next I will be stopping my direct debit and they can chase me for the money and time I have wasted.Your customer service is shocking, apparently this is quiet normal to be treated like this, well shame on you.Four Counties Garage , Tamworth.
