Would put 0 stars If I could. When I tried to phone in it says that the line is busy or they dont pick up at all. Tried to do a e consult but nothing came up. E consult was the only way I was able to get through to my GP... And the staff? No comment. :/ this place was decent a few years ago and now its just disappointing

The phone system is absolutely pathetic. Phoned none stop at 8.am, as told to do by the receptionist. Finally got through to the robot, who said I would be put through to a receptionist, it didn't happen. The phone rang and rang, then something happened, and the phone tone changed and I was cut off. Tried to phone again, same thing happened.This is two days on the trot, that I've tried to get through, finally got through to be told that there were no appointments, and to phone back tomorrow.I have booked an appointment online.... a month's wait. HopHope that I'm still alive by then.

Spent 2 weeks on placement here, staff were very friendly and welcoming to me and my colleague.Patients always seemed satisfied and were well looked after.

Wouldn't even give a 1* if I had a choice.Rude receptionists that think they own the place.They like to know why your calling (which should be confidential) then say they have no appointmentsPrescribed my mom penicillin when she's allergic to it any advice from me DO NOT GO WITH THESE DOCTORS should be closed down! Dr kaul was looking on Wikipedia why I was sat there then assumed I had infection and just threw me a prescription for antibiotics :/ seriously be making a huge mistake with these you'll do better treatment at home.

The staff are so rude. Even when you call at 8am apparently all appointments are gone, if the staff (meggy) don't like to hear your frustration they simply hang up the phone on you! Completely unprofessional rude place. Will be logging a complaint absolutely everywhere. Shambles of a place. Meggy accused me of being abusive when I called back asking why she cut me off, an absolute lie when I did not. Just a joke of a place with a reception full of staff who do absolutely nothing but doss around. MAKING EMERMIES WITH THE LOCALS CLEARLY STUPID.... can't always hide behind a phone !

Just when you thought this surgery couldn’t get any worse the lies continue. Called @ 1015hrs used the call back service, received text message @ 1216hrs saying your surgery tried to call you, LIES LIES LIES. Why do you need to do this????? Absolute joke!!!!!!! Oh by the way i have a referral from 111 so thanks for that.

Very Rude and abrupt receptionist called Selma, has an answer for everything.Everything you ask for is a No, impossible to get an appt or speak to anyone else if you get her on the phone. Very very rude and arragont cant even complain to her manager as apparently shes not available.All other receptionists seem fine and professional.I would NOT recommend this surgery at all.

Receptionist (selma) is the most Rude person going!! And Megan is just as bad... both arrogant, obnoxious. Think they know everything, talk over you when your talking and try to rush you off the phone when I've waited 40mins for them to answer. Debbie is the best receptionist and has always been extremely friendly and helpful. I'm surprised the other 2 are still there but clearly sue don't care about her staff!!
