This takeaway makes the best tofu dishes along the Hillfoots, hands down.You won't find the bean curd on their menu, but you can ask for it. Cooked to perfection and generous portions, this is my new favourite.The salt and pepper chips are also amazing, covered in peppers and onions either without batter, or with (takes it to another level. Try it, I'm not even kidding).Staff are always friendly, and pre-orders ready for collection on time.

I ordered a side dish of gravy. What I received I do not know.It was of a watery consistency, spicy with a thick film of grease floating on the top. Safe to say I didn't even pour it over my meal. The chips were freezing cold.Do not order from this place. God only knows what it was.... I haven't rang to complain...what you going to do? Expect me to wait for you to Travel a 5 mile round trip to replace a carton of gravy? Get ya fingers out guys. It was absolutely disgusting. I have pics to prove It!!

Woman was very abrupt with me when i went to order at front of shop and said order from hatch sharply but worse to come when i rang to say no spare ribs with the peking sauce to which she said i repeated your order back to you, i explained i would never order or eat peking sauce without the ribs and thought would come as meal together but by then she said bye and put phone down on me . I had ordered 4 items for £16 pounds that would have been a good deal if all complete also very small portions still hungry after so made myself some sandwitches .

I ordered a satay curry and Kung P.O. dish . The satay and curry sauce was very watery and satay was too hot for me . Kung P.O. was. A bit better . Chicken was square tasteless cubes and not a lot of it . Rice dish was okay but tasted better . Overall disappointed at overall quality . Live in next village and usually use local Chinese there . Have two and both good . Thought I would give this one a try for a change but not again . Feel very dissatisfied overall

Very disappointed! I've ordered from this restaurant many times and have always left good reviews. The meals are usually lovely.When I opened my main meal on this occasion however it was the wrong meat which I am unable to eat. I called the restaurant to let them know, I wasn't aggressive in any way, I understand that mistakes happen and I've always had a good experience with this restaurant. I was calm on the phone just explaining it was the wrong meal. However, the reason I'll never order from here again is the poor customer service - mainly the aggressiveness of the lady on the phone. She made me feel like I'd done something wrong! Very aggressive in her tone and things she was saying. She said I can't complain an hour after I've collected it. I explained that I've only just opened the main meal. After I collected it I nipped to the shops on the way home, then got changed, settled down, poured a glass of wine, put on a film and ate my starter. Then was having a break before the main course. I explained again to her that I've just opened it and that I've bought from them often and on other occasions the food has been lovely. But she continued to be aggressive. She did offer to send a driver with a replacement meal once I said I'd now had wine and can't drive. But again she aggressively said about the hour gap between collecting and letting them know. It's almost like she thinks I've eaten it and am lying! I'll return the meal tomorrow so she knows I'm not. As the lady was barkingly asking for my address I ended up saying it doesn't matter. I was getting quite stressed with her aggressive manner for which there was no need. I was being calm and understanding.Such a shame as this is the only Chinese restaurant I'll order from in the area but they've just ruined it for me. The food is lovely but customer service is everything. She could have solved it much more easily than this. I didn't even get an apology. That's my nice relaxing treat night ruined. Thanks!

Ordered on website for collection. Discovered order incomplete on return home. Good Year did phone to ask if our order was complete, very apologetic about missing dish. Had to drive down again to collect our missing meal. Tiny bag of prawn crackers as goodwill gesture … bit rubbish. Food was tasty despite having to microwave everything so we could eat together. Won’t be hurrying back.

Never ordered before from here.. I asked my wife if her food was good. reply way better than normal.She has always ordered from the same place and I followed suit not knowing the area. Best Chinese I have rated here, quick delivery as well .. price I was happy with . I will be ordering again
