Fab experience choosing a car. Abdallah couldn’t do enough for us and let us try out a few options which allowed us to decide the best option for us! We cannot recommend him enough. Lovely guy who is great at his job!

Stay away, faulty car reported with photos. After waiting over a week they find 2 different faults not the ones reported, they offer to fix those at their convenience and I just have to hope the original ones dissappear by themselves. Unhelpful and useless data entry staff in customer care don't actually help or care they just tell you policy and offer no option to escalate or change it.I'm told I can't complain or ask for a refund I have to accept their technicians opinion on the faults despite my photo evidence.I'd rather walk than buy from these again

Came here when first looking for a new car and not really knowing what I wanted. Salesman wasn’t too pushy and let me have a look round but was there when you might want him. Only recommendation would be that the windows or doors are unlocked with the cars in the sales room so you can have a look inside better. You can ask for them to be unlocked but would have made it more comfortable when browsing.

Really good customer service from Reece, he knows his cars and there was no pressure to purchase. Helped me find the perfect car though with great advice.

Wish I had never set foot in here. Went in on Friday and was looking looking around at cars, really wanted a Focus as seen they had some online and Focus's are what I had been searching for. When I got there they had none that were in the price range I was looking around at others and they kept pushing me towards this Astra, nice looking car and said they could do me this deal, took it for a test drive and it was nice and they said they would respray where I noticed a scratch so thought I was getting a good deal so went for it. After I was looking around and realised how they had just ripped me off with the car. They say they are probably the uks cheapest cars but they are not at all its a scam. Found lots after that are a higher spec than they one I got and similar mileage for less money so my deal is rubbish. I haven't even picked the car up yet and really don't want it now tbh as I could have a better car for less mo ey from elsewhere!! So now I'm stuck spending my hard earned cash for the next 5 yrs on a car I no longer want as I have been ripped off!! I don't even want to go and pick it up as I am so angry. Their price promise is a joke as it has to be the same spec and even colour but I could have got a much better car for less money than these ripoff merchants and that doesn't matter. So angry I don't want to set foot in there to pick up the car and no longer want it!! Do not go here, can get a lot better cars for less money from nearly everywhere else!!!

Cannot recommend the trade centre enough, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Maxwell B was the one who helped me finalise my purchase and collect the car. He was very kind and helped a lot, definitely an asset to the team. Will definitely be returning for a car in the future.

Got my car with them nearly 2 years ago, never had an issue until today when my battery died. Hadn’t got breakdown cover with my insurance so had to phone RAC and turns out because of buying from them I got breakdown cover through them with the car! Completely forgot but saved me today! Great service when I got the car too, very lovely staff!

Went to Trade Centre UK this morning and was greeted by Lucas. He was very informative, chatty and made us feel at ease when finding a new car. Talked us through everything and explained things in terms we understood! Was lovely throughout the process and I would highly recommend talking with him if you’re wanting a new car, or even nipping in for a look around! I’d give 10 stars if I could.
