My boiler had been playing up and working on and off so I needed a plumbing engineer. I found priority heating in the braunton Barnstaple area. True to the name Chris was able to come out to me that day and fix my boiler. I will be recommending him to my friends and family. Very polite my boiler is working fine now great service. Chris, came round to 1 of my other properties in Barnstaple and carried out a complete boiler replacement and system flush amd install.He is very professional, cleaned up behind himself and could not be more pleasent to speak to about my needs.He concentrated on putting together the best package that suited my needs at a competative price, which is why i chose him as he listened first then we discussed the options, rather than be a pushy sales person of a product that did not suit my needs.Highly recommended, if your having issues and want a great Gas engineer to service or replace your appliance reach out to Chris now.Great guy local to Barnstaple.

We had no hot water at our holiday let in Barnstaple north Devon. We contacted a few heating and gas engineer. Chris at priority heating was able to come out to us that day he found the issue and had a replacement part in his van. We had hot water and heating back the same day very very happy. He is back in a few week to service our gas boiler. Highly recommend him.

We had no hot water and a drip from our boiler, so searched the local area for heating engineers and found Priority Heating Barnstaple. The gas engineer was able to come out later that day. He found the problem which needed a new part which he ordered and fitted the next day. A really helpful engineer he is coming back in 2 weeks to fully service our boiler for winter.

My boiler went down in the middle of winter. With a 2 year old in tow, I was concerned. Chris came out firstly to check that we were safe and that the boiler was not leaking any CO2, but then worked tirelessly to get us up and running with no delay.He quoted and supplied a Glow Worm boiler with a long warranty and thermostat in astonishing time frame, at what I believe would have been their busiest time.No hesitation at recommending Priorty Heating.

Chris came back to rectify our shower problem. He had sourced a valve from the manufacturer, which saved significant time, disruption, and cost. This was fitted with minimal fuss. He then attended to the drainage of the sink, so far so good on that. Overall, a very positive experience. Thorough, ingenious, I definitely recommend Chris, and will use him again.
