Kevin was knowledgeable and informative about the car we wanted, arranged for it to be transferred to Leominster and then we had a professional service during the test drive. No pressure throughout. About 3 months ago I bought a beautiful bmw 530d here , lovely car and great serviceRecently I noticed I had a slow puncture took it to garage to get problem sorted, to my surprise they turned round and told me my alloy has been previously welded due to a crack , this was causing the slow punctureCalled up Leominster motors and told them the situationOnce I showed them the wheel they agreed to buy me a new alloy directly from BMW free of chargeMy car was back on the road with in a few daysThank you for your great service

Rude, and lazy people, they don’t like you to ask questions about the vehicle that you are looking to buy, they want you to buy as it is and deal with the problems the vehicle have after and at your own cost, they are not honest, they try to hide damages, and missing parts from the vehicle, very expensive old and high mileage cars, they do own repairs at the garage they own where they know how to hide damages and problems with the vehicles they take on part exchange, to I increase their profit .This is real and verify review , not like other fake feedback.Stay away from this place. To avoid money loss and hassle!

Just picked up my used cx5 and I can honestly say that the service I received especially from Murray who I dealt with was impeccable. 5 star rating all the way. They (Murray), as far as I'm concerned, went beyond what you would normally get from a car dealer, which is why, if anybody asks me where to go for a new or used car, Leominster Motors is all I will tell them.

I purchased a used Skoda Octavia from here, the service was excellent, Simon & Mark were so accommodating to me & answered any and all questions I asked. They weren’t pushy or trying to get a quick sale out of me and were quality and down to earth people. Travelled all the way from Leicester and to be fair, I’ll probably do it again. Couldn’t recommended Leominster Motors enough!
