The installation and professionalism of all the employees there is fantastic. All staff go above and beyond to ensure that they provide a 1st class service.All the employee's involved from sales to installation, have a vast range of knowledge, and no question is a silly question. They provide detailed information, documents and service right through the whole process.Mark, David, John and Richard are very knowledge-able and their expertise in all fields shows. David, Fred and Henrik's knowledge of installation of the equipment was flawless, with great attention to detail and they are so patient, ensuring that we were happy with the equipment before leaving us.Customer service after installation continues to be high and Lisa and the team provide a 1st class service.I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed

We've been using CBS across our offices for 5+ years now. The very few printer faults that we have experienced have been resolved very quickly and everything runs smoothly day-in-day-out. Their engineer David is a credit to the company, a real asset and a pleasure to deal with. He always arrives on time and delivers service with a smile like he's part of our team! This company are charging my small business £800 to return a printer when a six year contract finished, after paying rentals for six years. Watch out for shady tactics from salesmen and hidden T&C's to scam customers into not leaving. When our printer broke down the maintenance was diabolical/non existent. Unprofessional attitude. I would avoid this business at all costs.EDIT: In response to your false allegations below, I can confirm that the sales director rang me on 16.11.23 to ask me to delete this review. I informed him that I’d be happy to do so should my complaint be resolved. This is plainly not “blackmail”. I have been paying for services from CBS for six years. In 2023 they updated the terms of my contract without my knowledge, by adding some small print to the bottom of an invoice asking me to read their website. These are misleading and backhanded tactics designed to fraudulently trap customers into paying sums known to them. They now seek £800 from a small family-run nursing home to return a printer. It has nothing to do with GDPR- I have offered to return the machine with all data wiped. I’d AVOID this business at all costs.

We have used Commerce Business Systems for all our office printing requirements for nearly 5 years.The service they have provided us ever since has been seamless and has undoubtedly taken the stress out of our office printing needs. The toner cartridges are sent automatically to us when running low, so it is always hassle free and we are always looked after.If there have ever been any issues with the printers, the engineers are booked in easily and they are always here within a very short period of time, so we are not left without any office printing options. Not to mention how pleasant they are to deal with when visiting our site.I would have no hesitation in recommending CBS for all business office printing needs to any and all of my network.

Alex always provides an exceptional 5 star service when purchasing/swapping my photocopier. His after care is second to none and he has stepped in to solve issues that were not part of his role I am sure.Dave, the engineer, always provides a professional and high quality level of service and again goes above and beyond to help with any issues I have with my copier.For both of these employees, nothing is too much trouble and they make me feel a valued customer.If it wasn't for these, I would probably changed my service provider.
