Been using these guys for best part of 7 years. I've moved away now but always stop in for a wash when visiting family as they are that good. Price has increased a lot over the years and they are on par with London hand washes now, but in all honesty they do a good job and I think they are worth it

First time coming here and to be honest i will come here every time now. I will be a loyal customer for life at letchworth hand car wash. The polishing was fabulous. Really made my car smell nice. Two lovely managers were very funny and had a sense of humour.

Always use these guys until my last visit, got back in the car once they had finished and it looked like it had hardly been touched and when I told them they all just walked away. Used to be good here but not anymore

Arrived early Saturday morning and the service was bang on. Friendly, straight to the point and no hassle. I can’t complain for the money. Regards of how much dirt they clean your car effortlessly. Genuinely happy with the service every time. Thanks lads

Took my car for their blue service. No one seemed to understand me. Main guy was sleazy, I did not feel comfortable. They did not do my interior really. It's still dirty. Just added an air freshener and wiped down my screen. They don't take card. I sent a bank transfer and he laughed at my surname when it came through. Made me feel really upset that they mugged me off and then laughed at me. Never ever going back. I was looking for Sunshine car wash. The queues are long there for a reason.

I paid for silver service which includes hoover inside when I got home and had a look at the back seats and floor it hadn't been hoovered at all so I took it straight back only to be told I hadn't paid for hoovering after him finally agreeing I was told to bring back next day as they were busy. I took it back they hoovered it only to be told they can't get dog hair off carpets took it home and done it myself no problem for a Henry hoover. Waste of money will definitely not be returning there.

Moved to the area recently and needed the car cleaned. Took a chance on this place and couldn't be happier. At one point I'm sure there were 10 people working on cleaning my car simultaneously. These cleaners operate like a well oiled machine.

Waste of money - when I got home I was putting things back in the boot and they hadn’t hoovered it at all, even though they had the boot open when I was there. One of the guys had a paint brush, I presume to dust, and flicked it twice against a window and didn’t use it. Took them about 5 mins to do and now I know why. Would NEVER use again. Have to take my car somewhere else now to have it valeted again.
