Worst experience. Customer service online sends you to a store to return your equipment - carried it all the way to this store that told me sorry we don’t take material in stores… and when I ask if they can help with calling customer service to get clarity on what I need to do, they have the same number that you can call from home…All this to say that - not sure why this store exists if they can’t help existing vodafone customers… nurture the existing before recruiting new ones… your customer service is simply bad

The cribb’s one is so bad! I was served by a guy name Thomas and he literally gave me the wrong amount contract as he had no knowledge regarding it. None of the staffs are trained properly. Literally never going back to Vodafone ever again!

Staff at the store are fantastic, felt very safe visiting the store and gave fantastic service. Perfect to grab your pas you go and pay monthly sims that offer great roaming options for travellers and locals. Highly recommend the store , for fast service and brilliant advice. Store also has fantastic offers.

Lexy (or Lexi) the manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had an issue with my phone not connecting to 5G. This problem was ongoing for over a year. I had multiple SIM card swaps by other stores and actions performed by the online and telephone technical teams but nothing helped. On the off chance of a visit to London I popped in here to see if they could help. Lexy dealt with me promptly and contacted her backend team which fixed my issue in about 15mins. It just goes to show that experience matters, and I’m now a happy customer. Thanks very much Lexy. You’re an asset to Vodafone.

Visited the shop today and I believe it is safe to say that this was one of the best (if not the best) services I have ever received. Lexy was extremely patient with us, helpful as ever and if I could I would leave a 15 star review. Once again a massive thank you goes to Lexy. I would absolutely recommend visiting that store if anyone is looking for a professional and genuine service.
