It’s been really great having the sessions with Charles, doing boxing and weights. He puts you at ease learning new skills and pushing you to make the most out of sessions. I’m really enjoying the sessions, I highly recommend him.

Nice and friendly trainer. My sons attend training with Charles and my son says that he would not change to another coach for any reason, because this trainer is the best for him ;)

A great trainer and very friendly too, Charles has helped me improve a lot since first starting out as a complete beginner to now and has given me a lot of great advice on how to improve. 100% recommended for anyone looking to learn boxing.
