What a brilliant example to other Boots Pharmacies.I cannot thank the team at Boots Lampeter for their caring, professional and friendly attitude .They should be held up as an example of how the Pharmacy departments should work.They go above and beyond to help -In this instance they have turned a very bad experience with another Boots branch into a positive outcome and its because they care. My gratitude to all at Boots Lampeter.

What a place. It may be small but they certainly know how to be helpful. Well worth the drive, and will return. Thanks to the 2 gentleman who helped me this afternoon. Provate prescription all dome via an app. No fuss, no drama just fantastic customer service. Thank you.

While they stock virtually everything in regard to health and beauty, pricewise they aren't the cheapest. So if you need something, chànces are you can get it here, but sometimes it may be worth shopping around you never know.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough in Lampeter Boots.Everyone I have had dealings with have been so kind,caring and professional.They have gone above and beyond in not just getting my prescription queries sorted out quickly but also having it delivered. .They have followed up on each phone call & have done exactly what they said they would -what more can I say. but thank you so much.

The older male pharmacist advised me that I did not need to worry about getting pregnant because I was exclusively breast feeding and I hadn’t yet started my period. He is spreading misinformation and young women who don’t know better are at risk of unwanted pregnancy if they listen to this uneducated pharmacist. I will never go back as I don’t trust anything they say now.
