Choice Halal Centre

The store has quite a good range of product and is conveniently located. Most staff members are indifferent although one or two are happy and polite. There is usually a queue for the meat counter and every time I've been waiting someone has queue jumped. My partner reports the same experience. The staff do not address this issue. I also find that I have to cook the meat the same day as it is usually gone off by the following day. I have been overcharged on at least 2 occasions. On one occasion my partner had bought a selection box of Mithai which he realised was mouldy once he had got it home. The lable stated that it should have been stored in the fridge and it had not been. The staff were not happy to refund us and tried to give us a partial refund. They did not seem concerned about the rest of the Mithai being stored unrefridgerated. Overall, more often than not I leave the store feeling quite annoyed.

Called them up to make an order, told me to come into the shop as they’re busy with orders and it’ll be quicker… Go into the shop and guess what? No meat left, don’t know why I bothered with this place. No sense of customer service with at least an apology whatsoever. Also it’s £10 minimum card payment.

I've had many bad experiences at this place, customer service is incredible poor. I asked to see my meat and the employee refused and said I have seen it already" in a rude tone

This is what’s going on behind the shop, not a care in the world, haven’t been able to sit outside because of the rotting smell making us gag it’s absolutely disgusting I cannot express how vile it really is. Can you imagine what’s going on with this in this heat? The things growing in there I cannot imagine. Told the shop about it numerous times, don’t do anything about it. I have no words

They are very rude on the phone. No sort of customer services . No manners at all how to speak to a customer

very bad service chatting away couldn't care less customers are waiting and even the boss with his grumpy face not just once but always i would totally avoid if there was another halal meat shop close by its so unfortunate because we like to support local shops and community but staff like this make it so unnecessarily difficult

Quality meat, great prices and very convenient to park.Best place in Crawley by far .

Rude lazy butchers, told me on call to come to the shop, 3rd day in a row coming to get meat when i get there no meat left, last time coming to this shop horrendous
