Absolutely incredible. Dan came in good time and did a thorough investigation to clear our drains. They were in a bad way and he went above and beyond to clear, clean and diagnose a further problem in the shared thames water pipework. I hope to bump into him in the pub one day to buy him many many pints to say thanks. Really reasonably priced thanks to the fixed price guarantee.

We had an appointment with Dan for our interceptor to be unblocked.Dan was super-courteous, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Now I know that drainage, certainly in older properties is not just a straight pipe out into the road! I understand the issues I could potentially have being in a 1930s property, and more importantly have the knowledge of things I need to check before getting further work done on my property.In a time when customer service and courteousness seems to be becoming more of a rarity, it was an absolute pleasure having Dan round to help out.Dan is a credit and an asset to ASL for sure - 100% would recommend to anyone.

Our toilet was not flushing properly. We saw that the inspection chamber (manhole) was blocked outside.We called on Friday and arranged for ASL to come on Monday (August, 2023).Darren arrived in the morning and solved the issue within a few minutes. He did not even have to come into the house. Additionally, he checked that everything was fine with the sewage system. We spoke to Darren about potential causes. The cost was very reasonable. The payment was done after the service via bank transfer (Note: if another company asks you to pay in advance, or they charge for investigation" only

ASL provided an excellent service in promptly clearing my blocked and overflowing outside drain and sewer pipe caused by root ingress in an inspection chamber. Drainage engineer Dan, a very pleasant person, arrived on time and kept me informed throughout regarding the cause and action required to clear the blockage, subsequently charging the previously agreed and very reasonable price advertised on the website. Very helpful and knowledgeable people who located and mapped a surface water drainage pipe running through our property. Helpful too as they had really good knowledge of our area and how the local surface water drainage system works. Timely and courteous with very efficient office backup.
