great products, good price.placed a first order here last week and was supriced about the quality packing.

happy with the produce but unhappy that my delivery instructions were ignored. I emailed in advance to check I could request a specific date and followed the instructions given, stating in the Delivery instructions box the required delivery date. Despite this being printed out on the delivery label, the instructions were ignored and the box was left outside my house by the courier on a day I wasn't home. I didn't receive any email from the courier, so I couldn't rearrange delivery myself and contacted Mexgrocer to ask if they could do so to rectify their error - which it seems they didn't do in time. As a consequence of this, the courier damaged my property by wedging the box in the drain and Mexgrocer will not accept any responsibility for this, despite the fact that this incident would not have happened had they despatched my order on the correct date. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered a few things and it arrived super fast and is indeed authentic Mexican having travelled Mexico for many months I fell in love with the food so this place has now become my permanent supermarket now.

Staff are really welcoming and friendly.I arrived as a visitor where I was taken to a visitors kitchen with some snacks and beverages while you wait.

After moving from the western US to the UK we are so happy to find Mexgrocer. Finally we can make tortillas, tomatillo salsas, and chile colorado again. Not only do they have everything we need to bring the joy of Mexican food to the UK, but their customer service is fabulous.

Excellent customer service, food quality and delivery times. Had a really great interaction with them on the phone and as a result would definitely buy from MexGrocer in the future.

I bought 10 packs of the Maseca Blue on 31 March 2020 and it was delivered on 1st week of April and there are all expiring in 15 May 2020 ! Although good selection of products but I wouldn’t buy from them again ! Disgraceful business owner !
