Suzie made our fabulous 4 tiered wedding cake and we could not have asked for better. Each tier was a completely different flavour and exactly what we had envisaged for our special day. The cake was dressed so beautifully to suit the theme of our autumnal wedding and we could not have asked for more!

Suzie made our beautiful two tiered wedding cake in August. We chose lemon for the bottom and cherry bakewell for the top tier and they were delicious!! It was so popular that there wasn't a piece left!!We had to postpone the Wedding three times but Suzie was always very accommodating.Huge thank you!We'll now need to host another event just to order your cake!

Suzie is fabulous!That applies to her approach, design, friendliness, baking, decorating and arranging things so they are no stress.She took us on at fairly short notice, referred by another cake maker who couldn't fit us in, understood immediately the slightly odd requirements we had - a classic cake from the front, with a lego topper and nerdy reveal back... She enhanced the drawings we'd made and turned them into a real art work that wowed all that were at our wedding reception. She also handled the need for a gluten free tier without any issues, and the cake we saved in the freezer for treats and anniversaries is still superb.We loved the experience, she made it stress free and to repeat she's fabulous.Paul & Christine

Suzi made an amazing Spitfire cake for my Dads 90th birthday and I have to say it was so real it looked like a model airplane.Everyone was so amazed and I would highly recommend The Cake Pavilion if you need that extra special cake as Suzi goes about e and beyond to make the special thank you so much

Suzie made our wedding cake on 25th June 2021. Right from the start she has been responsive, friendly and professional. Her cake was absolutely beautiful, and tasted amazing! Every single guest commented on how perfect the cake was.As part of our cake Suzie made a topper for us that we can keep forever. She added extreme detail of my dress, jewellery, makeup, hair and every other little detail. She also added my 2 cats on and I was amazed to see she even noticed the little white patch on one of my cats which is the only way to really tell them apart!!I would 110% recommend Suzie for your cake!I can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and effort!

We used The Cake Pavilion for our wedding cake. Suzie was brilliant - very friendly and professional. And the cake was beautiful. It looked and tasted amazing. As well as our two-tier gold-leaf wedding cake, Suzie also made us a more traditional fruit cake and matching vegan cupcakes. The attention to detail and service was excellent. From meeting Suzie at a wedding fair we knew we wanted her to make our wedding cake, she is a pleasure to work with and the standards of her work are different level.The cakes are beautifully made and every detail is carefully designed, even hand painted areas to complete the desired theme.Most importantly Suzie's cakes taste phenomenal!! I cannot recommend Suzie from the Cake Pavilion highly enough. Having met Suzie at a wedding fair at Stoneyhurst College and sampled her amazing cake, we made an appointment to see if she had any ideas for the cake for our wedding which was in November 2019. I was amazed at how Suzie managed to create the perfect cake for us without us really knowing what we wanted. She perfectly hand painted the design from our invitations onto the cake which was absolutely stunning, recreated the detail off my dress in piped icing and created a beautiful topper of us as bride and groom. As well as looking amazing, the cake was delicious. We had layers of chocolate, Victoria sponge and coffee/chocolate and they were all amazing. We had so many compliments on the cake, both how it looked and how it tasted. I have no hesitation in recommending Suzie, the design process was simple (and we got to sample the cake!) and the finished cake exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you Suzie!
